I'm on WW too. Well, I haven't been a very good girl lately, but that is ok. I'll get back on track when things settle down.
I have lost 25 pounds though. That was without exercising. I hate to sweat, so I went as long as I could without doing it. But I'm at a plateau and won't lose any more until I start to exercise. Blah.
